Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Requires the ability to balance and push an 800+lb motorcycle.Requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 25lbs of material.Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement.Experience with CRM and/or computerized inventory systems, or the ability to quickly learn. Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience of the customer and the profitability of the dealership.Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, Holidays, and evenings.Great customer service, excellent personal communication, and demonstrated closing skills.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful.
Ensure that customers are greeted immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.Participate in daily sales meetings and conducting sales training.Ensure that the team meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, customers logged, and closes.Track all customers and making sure all leads are logged along with effective follow up for all potential buyers by monitoring a prospecting and sales CRM system.Assist individual salespeople in setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals.Recruit, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of individual sales teams.Assist the General Sales Manager and/or Sales Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and firing of employees.Closing of deals and overcoming objections.Productivity of individuals on sales team.Achieve success with our revolutionary, proven, sales process that is all about creating a better motorcycle buying experience with happy/motivated employees, who love what they do.
